Chandler Jr.

One of my oldest creations with a new spin. Chandler jr. Is the son of the great Doctor Chandler and wields an amazing ability with whips. The whip he holds is an energy whip. The one he turns to when trouble hits. The whip above the picture is his old electrical whip. His right arm is mechanical due to a test AI issue with the test chamber computer attempting to kill him. Shortly after losing the arm he was rescued by his father and fitted with a newer mechanical arm.
